Processing Time

All Lumistél candles are handcrafted in small batches. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Larger, custom, or wholesale orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, Lumistél is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
